The open-plan fully loaded kitchen including a dishwasher, dining area, and living area is filled with natural light and offers a spacious and seamless flow.

Bedroom one and two has queen beds, built-in cupboards, and a little desk area. These two bedrooms share a bathroom.

The flat is fully walled, secure parking for two vehicles behind a motorized gate in front of the flat. The property is equipped with a backup power supply to ensure essential amenities remain operational during load-shedding.
