Downstairs, there's an open-plan kitchen, dining room, and TV lounge. The well-equipped kitchen with granite tops makes cooking a breeze, and the SMEG washing machine ensures laundry is done quickly. Additional on-street parking in front of the home is available for visitors. The home is fully walled, allowing children and pets to run freely and safely.

**BOOKING CONDITIONS**
- Contact the agent for availability.
- A minimum 14-night stay is required for bookings between 16 December and 16 January.
- During long weekends and school holidays, a minimum 3-night stay applies.
- At other times of the year, a minimum 2-night stay is required.
- No check-ins or check-outs are allowed on 25 December or 01 January.
- No pets are allowed,
- Guests must bring their own beach towels.
- No additional linen or towels are provided.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.
- These are self-catering accommodations. Housekeeping services are not provided; guests must make their own arrangements.
- The property accommodates a maximum of 6 guests.
- There is no access to a garage, secure parking behind a gate for two vehicles.
- Long-term rental inquiries (over 3 months) will not be entertained.
- Monthly rentals during the peak season (December/January) are not available.
