Bedrooms one and two are furnished with twin beds and have shower en-suites. Bedroom three boasts a king bed with sea views and a full en-suite bathroom, offering comfort with added privacy.

Safe and secure undercover parking is provided behind gates on the property, accommodating two vehicles.

- No pets are allowed. If the owner permits an exception, a pet cleaning fee will be charged.
- Guests must bring their own beach towels.
- No additional linen or towels are provided.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.
- Guests must log in with their own Netflix and DSTV accounts.
- These are self-catering accommodations. Housekeeping services are not provided; guests must make their own arrangements.
- The property accommodates a maximum of 6 guests.
- There is no access to a garage, secure parking behind the gate and under the car port.
- Long-term rental inquiries (over 3 months) will not be entertained.
- Monthly rentals during the peak season (December/January) are not available.
