Perfectly designed for entertaining small groups of friends and family. The free-flowing open spaces between the TV lounge, dining room, and kitchen create a sense of easy living. The well-equipped kitchen ensures that cooking is a breeze, and a dishwasher makes washing up quick and convenient. For longer stays, a washing machine is available. When not venturing out you can stay entertained with Fiber, and SmartTV so you can sign into your own DSTV and Netflix, you will also stay connected with a small inverter for the TV and internet. Bedroom one has two single beds, bedroom 2 has a queen bed, these two bedrooms share a full bathroom. Bedroom three has a queen bed and an en-suite for a little more privacy.

Secure parking space behind the gate in the driveway for vehicles and a trailer. The home is equipped with an alarm system, providing added security and peace of mind.

**BOOKING CONDITIONS**

- Month-to-month rentals, if available, are offered only until 30 November, with a maximum rental period of 3 months (no exceptions).
- Rentals during December/January are not available.
- All rental and amenity fees must be paid for the booked period in advance.
- No pets are allowed. If the owner grants an exception, a pet cleaning fee will apply.
- These are self-catering accommodations; housekeeping services are not included, and guests must arrange their own.
- One set of bed linen and bath towels is provided for the duration of the booking; no additional linen or towels are supplied.
- Guests must bring their own beach towels.
- Guests must log in with their own Netflix and DSTV accounts.
- The property accommodates a maximum of 6 guests.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.
- Garage access is not available.
