The home is equipped with Fiber and an Android TV box, allowing you to stream from your own DSTV and Netflix accounts. The home also has a small inverter to keep the Wifi and TV on during load-shedding. For colder days, there is a fireplace in the living room where you can cozy up, and the extended dining room provides space for family dinners. The kitchen is well-equipped with modern amenities, including a dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer, gas stove, making cooking and cleaning easy and convenient.

Bedrooms one and two have two single beds each, while bedroom three features a queen bed. These bedrooms share a full bathroom. The main bedroom has a queen bed and its own full en-suite bathroom with a double shower for added privacy. All these bedrooms have built-in cupboards and blinds making longer stays easier for unpacking. Additionally, there is a fifth room that is suitable for a teenager or nanny, with a single bed, its own shower en-suite, and direct access to the back garden and pool area.

To ensure your safety and peace of mind, the home is fully walled and features an electric gate, a double garage, an alarm system, and burglar bars.
