This luxury holiday home is located in Kwaaiwater, a charming coastal suburb. It offers convenient access to various attractions and amenities. Within a short walk, you can reach beautiful cliff paths and Fernkloof Nature Reserve, or take a 5-minute drive to Voelklip and Grotto Beach for a day of sun and sand. If you're in the mood for shopping or catching a movie, the Whale Coast Mall is a 10-minute drive away.

As a double-story luxury holiday home, it is perfectly designed for entertaining friends and family with a selection of indoor and outdoor areas. Upstairs is filled with light through stacking doors and big windows, which lead to the deck boasting magnificent mountain and golf course views. Here you can use the portable braai and enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine. The free-flowing open spaces between the lounge, dining room, and kitchen create a sense of easy living. The well-equipped kitchen ensures that cooking is a breeze with extra appliances like a Kenwood, ice machine, air fryer, and dishwasher making washing up quick and convenient. The lounge also has a coal stove for snuggling in the winter.

To make longer stays more comfortable there is a separate office with bathroom and laundry room. Downstairs you will find a kid's play room with a ping pong table and TV. Fiber internet, SmartTV to stream your own Netflix, stay connected always with an inverter installed. From this lounge / play room sliding doors take you to an undercover patio with brick braai.

Downstairs bedroom one has a double bed, with a sliding door to the patio. Bedroom 2 has a bunk bed and two single beds, a foosball table, and board games, this is perfect for the kids, these two bedrooms share a full bathroom. Upstairs bedroom three has a queen bed with an en-suite for more privacy, plenty of cupboards and an air conditioner, a private little patio, and access to the deck with the most beautiful mountain views.

The home is fully walled with an alarm, secure parking on the property for three vehicles, with one carport.

**BOOKING CONDITIONS**
- Contact the agent for availability.
- A minimum 14-night stay is required for bookings between 16 December and 16 January.
- At other times of the year, a minimum 4-night stay is required.
- No check-ins or check-outs are allowed on 25 December or 01 January.
- No pets are allowed.
- Guests must bring their own beach towels.
- No additional linen or towels are provided.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.
- Guests must log in with their own Netflix and DSTV accounts.
- These are self-catering accommodations. Housekeeping services are not provided; guests must make their own arrangements.
- The property accommodates a maximum of 9 guests.
- There is no access to a garage. Secure parking behind a gate for two vehicles and one vehicle under the carport.
- Long-term rental inquiries (over 3 months) will not be entertained.
- Monthly rentals during the peak season (December/January) are not available.

Booking Notes

**Self-Catering Accommodation Notice** Rates are quoted per unit and may be subject to change without notice. On arrival, guests will be provided with an initial supply of toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, basic cleaning supplies, and refuse bags. These items are not replenished during the stay. One set of bed linen and bath towels is provided for the duration of the booking. No spare linen or towels are supplied. Guests must bring their own beach towels. Please note that this accommodation does not include housekeeping services. Guests are responsible for making their own housekeeping arrangements if required. Where internet access is available, guests must log in to their own streaming accounts such as Netflix and DSTV Stream. **Payments, Banking & Refunds** All payments must be made via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). A 50% of the booking fee will payable to secure dates, remaining 50% payable 30 days before arrival. In order to process any breakage deposit refund, the guest is required to provide valid proof of bank account details. Refunds will only be made to the bank account from which the original payment was received and where the account holder details correspond. Acceptable proof of banking details shall consist of an official bank confirmation letter or a recent bank statement reflecting the account holder’s name, bank name, and account number. Failure to provide the required proof of banking details shall result in the forfeiture of the breakage deposit, and no refund will be processed. All short stay accommodation bookings are subject to availability and the Terms and Conditions of Seeff National Marketing, as amended from time to time.
