Hermanus is world-famous for its whale-watching points, and the town is brimming with restaurants, open-air markets, and art galleries. For a little adventure, take a drive to the Big Cat Sanctuary in Stanford or enjoy a wine tour through the beautiful Hemel-en-Aarde Valley. With so much to see and do, you’re sure to create lasting memories.

The home itself is a dream for any holidaymaker. Light and airy interiors blend seamlessly with the natural surroundings and the chatter of yellow finches, creating a peaceful atmosphere to relax in. The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area flow effortlessly together, with a cozy fireplace for cooler evenings. The well-equipped kitchen includes a washing machine and dishwasher, making longer stays a breeze. Upstairs, a TV lounge with SmartTV lets you log into your own streaming accounts, while fiber internet ensures you’re always connected. The adjoining balcony offers the perfect spot for sunbathing with a sneak peek of the ocean.

The main bedroom downstairs features a king-size bed, ample closet space, direct access to the patio and garden, plus an en-suite bathroom for added privacy. Bedroom two has a double bed, and bedroom three has two singles; these share a full bathroom.

For peace of mind, the home is fitted with an alarm and beams. Parking for two vehicles is available behind the gate, and the fully walled garden provides a safe space for children to play.

**Monthly Short-Stay Bookings**

**Booking Period & Availability**
* Please contact the agent to confirm availability.
* This property is available for short-stay bookings only, with a minimum stay of 1 month and a maximum stay of 3 months.
* Monthly bookings, if available, are offered only until 30 November.
* Monthly bookings are not available during the December and January peak season.
* Unfortunately, we do not accommodate viewings on Short Stay unit.

**Payments & Deposits**
* A half-month rental is required as a breakage deposit, refundable after the spring clean inspection.
* A 50% of the booking fee will be payable to secure dates, the remaining 50% payable 30 days before arrival.
* A spring clean fee applies to all bookings of 28 days or more.

**Utilities & Services**
* The following are included in the booking fees: Fibre / Alarm / Garden Service
* Water and electricity are included; however, usage is monitored. Should consumption be considered excessive, the owner reserves the right to recover additional costs.
* For stays exceeding 28 days, guests are required to arrange their own housekeeper at least every second week.

**Occupancy & Property Use**
* The property accommodates a maximum of 4 guests.
* Garage access is not available.

**Linen, Towels & Supplies**
*One set of bed linen and bath towels is provided for the duration of the booking.
* No additional linen or towels are supplied.
* Guests are required to bring their own beach towels.
* This is a self-catering property. Housekeeping services are not included and must be arranged privately by the guest.

**Pets & Smoking**
*No pets are permitted. If the owner grants prior written approval, a pet cleaning fee of R350.00 will apply.
*Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.

**Entertainment & Internet**
* Guests must log in using their own streaming accounts, such as Netflix and DSTV Stream.

**General**
